A powerful series of short films and photographic portraits was created to launch a nationwide campaign advocating for the legalization of assisted dying for mentally competent adults in Scotland.
Through five deeply personal and emotive stories, individuals facing terminal illnesses, along with the loved ones of those who have already passed, shared their experiences and struggles. Each story aimed to not only highlight the urgent need for legislative change but also to challenge public perceptions and foster a deeper understanding of assisted dying.
The films were strategically released across social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement, sparking vital conversations about end-of-life choices. Meanwhile, the striking portraits were featured on the campaign’s website and widely circulated in UK press—both in print and online—ensuring the message resonated with audiences across the country.
